Preparing Your Rental Application

rental - applicationIf you’ve been searching through listings of rental properties in the Mesa area, then you probably already know that rental applications can vary widely in their requirements. It’s best to carefully review the application before beginning to ensure that you can meet the requirements. When applying for rental properties through TransCity Property Management, Inc., you are expected to provide three years of residential history. You’ll also be asked for contact information for your current rental references and proof of your monthly income. Most of our rental properties require that prospective tenants demonstrate monthly income that is at least three times the amount of the rent.

When you’re ready to apply, click on the listing you’re interested in and then click “Apply Now.” Fill in the requested information, attach the required supplemental documents, and submit your application. Our realty management policies require that tenants purchase renter’s insurance before signing a lease. If you own pets, you should obtain approval in advance and expect to pay a separate fee.
