Who’s an ideal client?
An ideal client for us is an investor that owns one or two rental properties. We have rental property owners that own as many as 15, but we have around 270 clients and we do specialize in taking care of the small investor.
We like the idea of owning a rental property not necessarily to become a real estate mogul, but to have an investment that’s not the same as the stock market, but grows over time and appreciates in value while increasing cash flow.
Those people don’t normally have the time to deal with the rental property. So as they focus on what they do best, we do what we know best and help them achieve their goals by owning a rental property.
