The Law of the Harvest declares we reap what we sow. The unrelenting principles of our choices and actions produce the consequences and outcomes of life. We can observe the storms of life, the random occurrences of events out of our control and yet by consistent effort we can reach the outcome we seek.
Whether we are nurturing our crops or enterprises, our consistent efforts guide our path of success or failure. The farmer fights pests, drought, and disease that can drastically affect and even destroy the harvest in any given year. So it is with the investor or business owner and unexpected setbacks. This is why we can’t just plan for a single year. We must plant and plan every year looking at the long term, even for our entire lives.
What we learn comes from a multitude of sources. Some we choose and other things happen in the course of life. We sometimes refer to this as the School of Hard Knocks. We learn from choices made in ignorance and we learn from accidents, but accidental learning rarely brings the results we’re seeking. If we don’t graduate from the school of hard knocks, our learning experiences may gradually persuade us to try less. We have proven that the Law of the Harvest works and seek to apply the principles of our Core Values to help others succeed.

The “why” is our passion. It is our overriding belief, it is bigger than a goal, that makes us get up everyday and go to work with a certain zeal to make life better for others.
TCPM’s why, or our passion, is to “help people find financial freedom by developing long-term passive income streams and equity in real property ownership.”
We want to help people to develop a reliable income stream without having to rely on other sources they may not have much control over. We help our investors build sustainable wealth they can pass down to their children and grandchildren or donate to favorite charitable causes.
What does TCPM do to accomplish this passion? We help individual investors purchase single-family and small multiplexes and manage them. We reduce or eliminate the cares, worries, and distractions that would make them want to dispose of their rental property assets.
We have been in business for almost 40 years and have a proven track record of excellent customer experience. We have been learning every step of the way. We are climbing to a new level of success and accomplishment. We want to share our core values and the knowledge gained from others.

We will be consistent and decisive in the application of the Policies and Procedures that we develop as a company, communicating with owners, tenants, and each other. We don’t hesitate to hold each other accountable and there is no retribution or hard feelings for checking or reminding each other in good faith.
