Charles Brown
Charlie is the president and designated broker of TransCity Property Management. He received a bachelors degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. Charlie is married to Betty Brown and together have 8 children. Charlie enjoys staying active by cycling all over Arizona and participation in local triathlons. One of his accomplishment was completing the Boise 70.3 half iron man in 2011. He has been a member of the Mesa Rotary Club for 25 years. He holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Betty Brown
Betty Brown is the Operations Manager. She has worked in the property management field for over 35 years and oversees that daily activity in the office along with the accounting. She is nearing completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho. She is the mother of 8 children and 16 grandchildren. She is also an accomplished quilter and has won several awards for her quilts.
Debbie Williams
Debbie is a property manager. She has worked for TransCity as a property manager for seven years. Her and her husband have been married for 45 years and have 5 married children and 20 beautiful grandchildren. She has have lived in Utah, Illinois and Arizona. She love's living in Arizona and her favorite activity is spending time with her adorable grandchildren.
DJ Guerrero
DJ is a property manager. He was born in Portland, Oregon and relocated to Arizona in the early 2000's. He has been working with TransCity for over 4 years as a property manager. He is married with two kids. His hobbies include, enjoying the outdoors, working on cars, fishing, off roading and hanging out with his family.
Jayton Brown
Jayton was born and raised in Mesa Arizona. He is currently studying at Mesa Community College and planning to transfer to Arizona State to receive a degree in Structural Engineering. He enjoys playing basketball and waksurfing with family and friends at saguaro lake.
Barbara Stowell
Barbara is the full time leasing agent. She is from Chandler Arizona. She has spent most of her career working in her family construction business. She has been the chairman of the Gilbert Constitution week for over 20 years. She received her real estate license in 2013 and started working at TransCity shortly after. Barb enjoys spending time with her 5 children and 14 grandchildren riding quads and pre-running in Baja Mexico.
Colleen Shearer
Colleen is the residential sales specialist. She has been licensed broker in California and is currently licensed in Arizona. She is from Southern California
